Advanced Profile should include
Finalise your profile by completing the following steps
Verify your institutional email address by clicking on the Verify link. Once verified your profile will be eligible for inclusion in Google Scholar search results.
NOTE: non-institutional email addresses, such as gmail.com, hotmail.com, aol.com, yahoo.com, qq.com, etc., are not suitable for this purpose.
Add a professional photo to your profile. It is a good idea to use the same photo on all your Researcher profiles to avoid ambiguity and reinforce your presence.
Add a link to your co-Authors by clicking the ‘EDIT’ button next to ‘Co-authors’, search for your co-authors and link to their Google Scholar profiles.
Re-check the list of articles attributed to your name to ensure all your works are included and there are no items incorrectly attributed to you.
To add publications, you can use the + button and choose an entry option.
Choosing ‘Add article groups’ or ‘Add articles’ allows you to search for (using authors, keywords, or article title) and choose articles which are already indexed by Google Scholar.
If your search doesn't find the right article, click ‘Add article manually'. Choose the publication type across the top of the form then fill in as many details as possible.
NOTE: Archiving your publication to the university eRepository or your personal web page will help Google Scholar index your publication. Remember to check which version of your paper you are permitted to archive, and always link to an Open Access URL if available.
