Referencing - Faculty of Nursing & Midwifery style for EndNote
The Nursing Library has created an Endnote style for the Nursing Faculty reference style.
The instructions for installing the style on Windows computers follow below.
Windows Vista may have security protection enabled that may prevent the following instructions from working. If this occurs, login as an administrator and try again.
This style works with Mac computers, however no installation instructions have yet been developed.
You must have Endnote installed before this Style will work.
1. Download the updated Nursing Faculty Style from the EndNote Styles and Filters box. Right click on the file and 'Save Target As" or "Save Link As".
2. Save this file to your desktop.
3. Close or minimise your browser so that you are showing your desktop.
4. Right click on the file you downloaded and select "cut".
5. Start My Computer.
6. Navigate to your Endnote style directory - probably C:\Program Files\EndnoteX2\Styles
7. Select Edit from the toolbar, and Paste.
8. You've copied the Style over!
9. In Endnote, choose "Select Another Style" from the Style selection guide.
10. Scroll through the entries until the Nursing Faculty Style appears and select Choose.
11. You are now using the Nursing Faculty Referencing Style! If you find any problems or have any questions, please contact the Nursing Library by email.
